On the farm, we are interested in growing a community of educated, compassionate families.
Marian Wright Edelman, founder and president of the Children’s Defense Fund, once said, “Education is for improving the lives of others and leaving your community and world better than you found it.” At the Pay It Forward Farm, we agree.
We offer a variety of professional, personal, and multicultural development classes and workshops for families. From public speaking workshops to cooking classes, members and their children are encouraged to participate, learn, and take their skills into the community.
We also encourage our members to share their unique talents with our very own farm community. We have craft experts, dance instructors, building contractors and more who teach and share their talents.
If you or someone you know has a special talent or skill that you would like to share with our families, we invite you to volunteer with us! If you are interested in joining us for one of our classes, please check out our calendar for classes that are open to the public.
